This workshop is facilitated by Crystal Dawn Morris, a Certified SkyDancing Tantra Teacher, assisted by Jim Miller. Crystal is known for her ability to create a safe space where magic unfolds. Her workshops and coaching sessions give people practical tools for ecstatic living.

Tantra Workshop Introduces the Path to Bliss

This weekend I taught Awakening the Ecstatic Body: Opening the Path to Bliss, in Phoenix. This workshop is a gentle introduction to the path of SkyDancing Tantra®. SkyDancing Tantra® presents the Tantric paradigm via methods and tools accessible to the Western culture and lifestyle. The path of SkyDancing Tantra came to Margot Anand as a revelation rather than a tradition and first introduced in her best selling book, The Art of Sexual Ecstasy. Over the past twenty years it has been taught to tens of thousands of people all over the world.

Here is one participant’s description of her experience of the workshop this past weekend:

I just attended the first, of a series of three, SkyDancing Tantra weekend workshops being facilitated by Crystal Dawn in Phoenix, AZ, titled “Awakening the Ecstatic Body,” August 29-30 (Subtitled, “Opening the Path to Bliss”). I had previously experienced Crystal Dawn’s facilitation for several 3 hour introductions–each a little different. Crystal Dawn is an excellent facilitator who creates a container of safety and appreciation for each participant.

During the weekend, I was guided in a series of well-choreographed exercises with other participants during which we awakened our inner lovers and expanded our ability to tap into joy –within ourselves — and how to share that with a partner more effectively. One tradition of SkyDancing Tantra of great value is the ceremony of creating a “Bubble” in which to share with a partner.

The bubble is opened with a respectful Heart Salutation: (Namaste’). Each person is co-creating the “bubble,” removing unwanted elements and bringing in desired elements, each can truly “own it” and participate with greater awareness and safely within it’s “defined space.” Within the bubble, each states intent/desires, fears, and boundaries prior to further communication and “work/play.” The “bubble” is closed with a respectful Heart Salutation: (Namaste’) and life goes on……

This is exactly what I needed. After the workshop closed on Sunday, I visited my friend and shared “how to” create the “bubble.” We created a “bubble” for our sharing. I felt this simple introduction greatly enhanced our time together and enabled us to enjoy our time within our intent and respectful boundaries more effectively. This one tool was worth the time and expense of the workshop for me– and there was much more!

Tantra Tip of the Day – Leaping into the Void, Part 3

Stop, be still and allow awareness of Awareness. When all thoughts stop, even for a moment, you awaken and discover that Truth as your essential nature. (This is paraphrased from a teaching by Gangaji.)

I have been very still the past few days. I have not been on the computer or doing much of anything. I have been meditating on Awareness and allowing myself to stay connected to it. My consciousness has shifted away from concerns and thoughts, towards being present with what is arising. I notice my ego is very uncomfortable with not doing and has been badgering me to stop being still. I know I am entering a new stage of awareness. I see my ego reacting as I approach a leap in consciousness.

Thoughts come and go but Awareness always is. I have contemplated this before but now I am exploring it at a deeper level and seeing how temporary thoughts are and yet how years of believing in them makes it challenging to just watch them without reacting. My ego has been filling my mind with thoughts and fears about the future. I have been dancing the razor’s edge switching my attention from Awareness to thoughts and back to Awareness.

Because of years of conditioning it is easy to be seduced by the thoughts and fears. Money issues are up and some big changes are in order. I am allowing myself to be in the stillness even as the turbulent thoughts flow through me. I have never been this present in watching my thoughts before. I am allowing the unfolding and being as still as I can while moving through my life. More to be revealed…

Today notice your thoughts arise and pass away. Be aware of that they are temporary. Become aware of the Awareness that always is. If fear arises see if you can watch it without getting caught in believing in it.

Tantra Tip of the Day- Have a Love Affair

When you fall in love, suddenly you feel so good. You walk around with your heart open, smiling at complete strangers, feeling generous, happy and alive. You want the whole world to feel the love you are experiencing. The reason you feel this way because you are completely open to love and have let go of any resistance to what is. The object of your love has allowed you to know your true nature as Love.

Instead of falling in love with a person who eventually will disappoint you by being human, what would it be like to fall in love with your life? Having a love affair with your life is to being present in each moment and witnessing the miracle of life unfolding before you. It is appreciating all that you receive as a gift, without judging it.

Try this: Today, have a love affair with life. Can you remember the last time you fell in love? How did you feel? What did you do to express your joy? Take in the beauty all around you, buy yourself flowers, take a friend to lunch and tell them you are in love. Write a love poem about your life. What do you notice, when your life becomes your beloved?

Tantra Tip of the Day- Let Go of Doing

You live in a culture of Doing-ness. What do you do? How are you doing? I have to make a To-Do List. Do you define yourself by what you do? Many people do! As a child were you seen and recognized as having value based on what you did? Did you come to equate what you do with who you are?

What you do comes and goes. But what abides? If you let go of doing, even for a moment, what happens? In the midst of doing, let go of your identification with what you are doing, and allow yourself to become aware of the spaciousness in which the doing arises. Explore this spaciousness with the curiosity of a child. Let go of doing and see what you discover.

The Full-Body Orgasm Class Dec.6th in Phoenix

Saturday I taught a one-day class in Phoenix on how to awaken the full-body orgasm. We had a great day. Everyone experienced ecstatic energy and learned how to open their inner flute and expand into bliss. This class is based on Margot Anand’s SkyDancing Tantra. I developed this one-day class for both new and experience people to have an opportunity to embody their orgasmic energy outside a sexual context. Every time I teach this class I am amazed at how powerful these tools are and how quickly people can open and take it to the next level. I was delighted to have a member of the Deida Connection attend this event.Bliss is always available us. However, most of the time we are to busy to notice what is all around and through us. I feel very lucky to be teaching this work.
