Doing this meditation will open your heart and expand your awareness. I have been doing it for about a month and find it very powerful, both grounding and opening. I would love your feedback on what you experience when you practice it.

Geologists recently discovered that the core of the Earth is made of a huge iron crystal. Connecting to this crystal core is a great way to tap into the energy of Geb. Begin by breathing into your heart and feel your heart open. Imagine at the base of your spine you have a tap root. Send this tap root down into the crystal core of the Earth. Then send your heart energy down through this tap root and feel it connect with the iron crystal core of the Earth.  Breathe the Earth energy up into your heart. Do this four times.

Next you are going to connect your heart to Galactic Center. Scientists now know that there is a “black hole” at the center of the Milky Way. This black hole is the “womb of creation” at the center of the Milky Way galaxy. Connecting to it is a great way to connect to the energy of Nut, the Sky Mother. Breathe into your heart center and send your heart energy and up into the Galactic Center. Do this four times. Sit quietly for a minute or two and notice how it feels to connect your heart to the Earth and the Sky.

Now, you are going to create an infinity sign with your heart energy. The infinity sign will run vertically between the Galactic Center and the Crystal Core of the Earth. The energy will cross-over at your heart center as it flows from Sky to Earth and back again. This infinity-wave opens, activates and energizes your heart. Bringing you into a deeper connection with  Source.

Begin, by breathing the Sky energy down from the Galactic Center along the left side of your head and into your heart. Allow it to crossover at your heart and continue down the right side of your body and into the Crystal Core of the Earth. Then breathe the energy up the left side of your body crossing over at your heart and continuing up along the right side of your head and out into the Galactic Center.  Do this at least four times or more, until you feel complete.

This meditation allows you to become a “light-bridge” for so heart-consciousness can dance freely between Heaven and Earth. As we enter 2012 it is important for these energies to flow through and energize our hearts and for our hearts to bridge the Earth and Sky. This meditation will keep you open, grounded and present to messages from Source. I recommend practicing it two times a day.

Since returning to Sedona she has begun to decline. She is less engaged with the world and rarely wants to leave her room. She has developed a great love for Coffee Haagen-Dazs Ice Cream and potato chips which she eats while listen to CDs of Ekhart Tolle and Adyashanti. She still has a good appetite and for the most part eats healthfully.

I find myself walking the line between giving her what she wants and encouraging her to do what I think is good for her. My good friend, Jim, mentioned to her a few days ago that he has an electric key board and that he could bring it over and teach her to play the piano. She was excited by the idea. So yesterday, we took her up to his place in Oak Creek Canyon and got the key board. Last night, she began her first lesson. It was great to see her interested in learning something new.

Lately, I have become aware of the amount of stress I am dealing with in this situation. Watching her life force energy stating to wane has been a challenge. This morning I was listening to Adyashanti talk about the difference between courage and fearlessness. Courage is doing something in the face of fear. I have been practicing courage and it is exhausting work. Now, I am ready to face my fear and surrender fully into each moment. Fearlessness is just allowing everything to be as it is without wanting or needing to change it.

I feel deep gratitude for this opportunity to be with my mother as she approaches her transformation from being in form to being formless. It is allowing me to see where I hold on, where I contract and where I resist. She is at peace and enjoying each moment. Watching her, caring for her and loving her is a wonderful gift that is cracking open my heart in a new way.

International Women’s Day is a global day that honors the economic, political and social achievements of women past, present and future. Events are to be held across America and throughout the world. The Women’s’ Information Network will broadcast on live stream internet in 10 cities.

Sedona and the surrounding communities will be part of this historic, festive event, celebrating with speakers, entertainers and the participation of women from the greater Sedona area. Madonna Ministry International and the Hilton Sedona Resort & Spa will host the celebration. The Sedona-based gathering of women from all walks of life and many organizations will celebrate their own accomplishments of the past century. It will be acknowledged how far women have come, and their stories it took to bring them to today. All Sedona women are invited to share their “gems” of wisdom at this gathering. The words, phrases, quotes, that have inspired them-given to them by their grandmother, mother, sister, and friends-can be shared and passed on to future young women. Since I began teaching tantra in 2006, I have seen, first hand, just how disconnected people are from their bodies and sexual energy. There is a huge need for sexual healing and sex education in this country, at every level. Hands-on sexual healing, with its many benefits, needs to be recognized as an authentic modality for healing and transformation.

Ms. Madsen is an infertility advocate and sex educator. She is an average, American woman; married with two kids, living in the Bronx. On her journey to find herself, she began asking other women how they were dealing with issues such as, lack of sexual pleasure, decreased libido and body image. She discovered that many women who had grown up in the age of “women’s lib” were trying to find new ways to address these concerns about their sexual health and well-being. Some found sexual healers, who used the healing power of one-way sensual touch to help them reclaim their sexual energy and ecstasy.

“Once I got over my shame – and lived to tell about it – I discovered that desire is natural and pleasure is transformational,” says Madsen. “Allowing pleasure into your life isn’t narcissistic, id-driven or the function of a personality disorder. It is, in fact, a path to wholeness. Pleasure helps mend many wounds from body image and depression to the infamous low libido. Sometimes all we need is an expert guide to lead us to the mine of gold we already have inside of us.”

Real health has to happen somewhere inside you, in your subjectivity, in your consciousness, because consciousness knows no birth, no death. It is eternal.

To be healthy in consciousness means: first, to be awake; second, to be harmonious; third, to be ecstatic; and fourth, to be compassionate. If these four things are fulfilled, one is inwardly healthy. And sannyas can fulfill all these four things. It can make you more aware, because all the meditation techniques are methods to make you more aware, devices to pull you out of your metaphysical sleep. And dancing, singing, rejoicing, can make you more harmonious.

There is a moment when the dancer disappears and only the dance remains. In that rare space one feels harmony. When the singer is completely forgotten and only the song remains, when there is no center functioning and only the song remains, when there is no center functioning as I — the I is absolutely absent — and you are in a flow, that flowing consciousness is harmonious.

To be awake and harmonious creates the possibility for ecstasy to happen. Ecstasy means the ultimate joy, inexpressible; no words are adequate to say anything about it.

And when one has attained to ecstasy, when one has known the ultimate peak of joy, compassion comes as a consequence.

When you have that joy, you like to share it; you cannot avoid sharing, sharing is inevitable. It is a logical consequence of having. It starts overflowing; you need not do anything. It starts happening of its own accord.

These four are the four pillars of inner health. Attain to it. It is our birthright; we just have to claim it.

At the first session I taught them how to use breath, sound and movement to open the inner flute. They also learned how activate the “PC Pump.” This involves squeezing the pubococcygeus muscle or “PC muscle,” which is a hammock-like muscle, found in both sexes, that stretches from the pubic bone to the coccyx (tail bone) forming the floor of the pelvic cavity and supporting the pelvic organs. It is part of the levator ani group of muscles. It controls urine flow and contracts during orgasm. It aids in urinary control and childbirth. A strong PC muscle has also been linked to a reduction in urinary incontinence and proper positioning of the baby’s head during childbirth. Women are often taught how to do this exercise in pregnancy where it is referred to as Kegel exercises. I also taught them sexual breathing and how to connect their chakras and move sexual energy energetically. By the end of the two hours they were ready to go back to their hotel and practice.

The next day they returned for their second coaching session. The husband happily revealed that he had woken up with an erection and made love to his wife that morning. This was a rather unusual occurrence. He felt the session the day before had been very helpful and his wife agreed.

I spent the second session teaching them a communication exercise, eye gazing and the ecstatic response. They loved the communication exercise and found the eye gazing very moving. The ecstatic response is a 3 step process for experiencing a full body orgasm. This was a bit more physically challenging for them, due some physical limitations. So I had them practice lying down in the spoon and scissors position. They both felt some energy movement and found the breathing together very pleasurable. I reassured them that with practice they would be able to get their orgasmic energy flowing even more fully though out their entire bodies.

Considering the huge number of Burkinabe women who are candidates to be operated on and as Clitoraid received offer from a few doctors to travel to Bobo Dioulasso and help rebuild the clitoris of all the circumcised women, the Prophet Rael declared: “Instead of using Clitoraid’s collected money to operate on just a few women, we should create the first Raelian Hospital, the “Pleasure Hospital”, and operate on all African women, for free, with the help of Raelian or non-Raelian benevolent doctor”.
